TX09D200VM0BAA is QVGA (240 x 320, 3:4) resolution and IPS (in-plane switching) technology to provide highly consistent colour and image performance from all viewing angles.

Guaranteed operating range is -30 to +85°C, with storage acepted from -40 to +90°C.
